Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec. 26: The Chief Electoral Officer, A&N Islands has informed that Special Camps will conduct at all Polling Stations of Andaman & Nicobar Islands Parliamentary Constituency to help citizens to submit Claims and Objections to the Draft Electoral Roll, which was published on 23rd December, 2025 as a part of Special Intensive Revision (SIR).
Further, it is informed that the period for filing claims and objections began on 23rd December, 2025 and will continue till 22nd January, 2026.
To facilitate the submission of applications during this period, Special Camps will be conduct on 27th & 28th December, 2025 and 10th & 11th January, 2026.
During this period, the citizens are enabled to verify their names in the Draft Electoral Roll. Special Camps is for facilitating verification of one’s name in the Electoral Roll and for inclusion, correction and objection related activities. The Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will be available at Polling Stations during these special camps.
The Draft Electoral Roll has been made available for public verification on the CEO’s website: https://ceoandaman.nic.in & ECI portal: https://voters.eci.gov.in .
All prospective 18+ electors or any person whose name is not reflected in the Draft Electoral Roll may apply for inclusion by submitting Form-6 along with the Declaration Form to their respective BLO or through online by visiting ECI portal: https://voters.eci.gov.in .
Those who have shifted their residence, require corrections in the entries or wish to mark Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) can apply through FORM-8. An elector can submit FORM-7 to object to a proposed inclusion or seek deletion of a name from the existing electoral roll. Sufficient numbers of FORM-6, 7, 8 and Declaration Form are available with BLOs.
