Sri Vijaya Puram, July 29: As part of the nationwide celebration of the 76th Van Mahotsav, 2025, a tree plantation drive was organized by the Forest Extension & Publicity Division (FE&PD) in the premises of Nirmala Sr. Secondary School, Sri Vijaya Puram yesterday. Tree plantation drives were also conducted at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (VKV), Lamba Line, Sri Vijaya Puram on July 26 and at Radha Govind Temple (RGT School) on July 25. Various indigenous saplings were planted in the premises of above schools as part of the initiative to promote environmental awareness.
