Car Nicobar, Nov. 25: The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Electoral Roll, 2025 is in progress with effect from 28th October, 2025. In recognition of outstanding performance during the collection and digitization of Enumeration Forms (EF) held today, two Booth Level Officers (BLOs) from Car Nicobar Tehsil achieved exceptional results.
Smti. Severina, Anganwadi Worker attached to the CDPO Office, Car Nicobar, digitized an impressive 99.37% (EF), while Smti. Alisha Mona, PST, Education Department, attained a commendable 97.28%(EF). Their diligence and dedication significantly contributed to the overall achievement of the revision process. To acknowledge their exemplary performance, a felicitation ceremony was organized in the presence of the District Election Officer / Deputy Commissioner, Nicobars. The District Election Officer appreciated their commitment and accuracy in strengthening the electoral registration process.
The SIR 2025 activities are carried out under the supervision of Shri Amit Kale, IAS, District Election Officer, Nicobars, through all BLOs conducting door to door EF distribution, filling and collection. The occasion provided a platform to acknowledge the exemplary efforts of the field functionaries and to reiterate the significance of efficiency, accuracy, and dedication in the performance of electoral duties.
