Sri Vijaya Puram, April 9: It is hereby informed for the general public and all concerned beneficiaries that the demarcation of land parcels allotted to landless beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY-G) will be undertaken in Ferrargunj Tehsil as per a phased schedule.
The demarcation exercise is part of the ongoing efforts of the District Administration, South Andaman to ensure that eligible beneficiaries receive clear and undisputed possession of their allotted land, thereby facilitating timely construction of dwelling units under the scheme. This initiative aims to expedite the implementation of housing benefits to the intended recipients.
The village-wise schedule of demarcation is as follows:
09.04.2026: Shore Point, Bambooflat-I, Wimberlygunj
10.04.2026: Bindraban, Ferrargunj
11.04.2026: Wimberlygunj, Kanyapuram, Tushnabad, Namunaghar
13.04.2026: Mannarghat, Shoal Bay, Tushnabad, Mithakhari
15.04.2026: Guptapara
All beneficiaries whose land has been allotted under PMAY-G in the above-mentioned areas are requested to remain present at their respective sites on the scheduled dates. Beneficiaries are also advised to carry relevant allotment documents and identity proof to facilitate the demarcation process.
