Sri Vijaya Puram, April 23: This is in continuation of the Press Release dated 22nd April 2026 issued by the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman, informing that Special Revenue Camp Courts are being conducted on 22nd, 23rd, and 24th April 2026 (from 4 PM onwards), and on 29th and 30th April, 2026 (from 9 AM onwards).
During the aforesaid Camp Courts, a substantial number of applications have been taken up and disposed of. However, it has been observed during the course of hearings that several applicants appeared without adequate and supporting documents in respect of their claims.
Therefore, all applicants whose cases pertaining to correction of names in revenue records are pending and who have been informed telephonically or served with due notices for hearing are hereby requested to attend the Camp Courts on the scheduled dates with all original supporting documents substantiating their rights and claims. Such documents may include Sale Deed, Gift Deed, Family documents, old manual land records, Family Member Certificate, School Certificates, or any other relevant documentary evidence. Failure to produce the requisite documents may result in delay or non-disposal of their cases.
