Sri Vijaya Puram, April 29: The Andaman & Nicobar Administration will undertake two Guinness World Records (GWR) title attempts viz. Largest National Flag Unfurled Underwater (60 m × 40 m; 2,400 sq. m.) and Tallest Human Stack Underwater (20 metres height). The ‘Largest National Flag Unfurled Underwater’ will be carried out at Radhanagar Beach on May 2, while the ‘Tallest Human Stack Underwater’ is proposed near the Lighthouse at Swaraj Dweep Jetty on May 3.
In this regard, it is requested that the navigational channel for ferries approaching Swaraj Dweep Jetty remain free of all vessel movement from 8 am to 11.30 am on April 30 and May 3, 2026 for the Tallest Human Stack Underwater’ attempt. Additionally, FRP boats and all water sports activities near the Lighthouse navigational channel should also be kept free during this period to ensure safety and smooth conduct of the record attempts.
