Sri Vijaya Puram, May 14: Heavy to very heavy rain (07-20 cm) is very likely to occur at one or two places over A&N Islands and thunderstorm with gusty wind (50-60 kmph) and lightning is also likely to occur at one or two places over A&N Islands on May 15, 16 & 17. Heavy rain (07-11 cm) is very likely to occur at one or two places over A&N Islands and thunderstorm with gusty wind (50-60 kmph) and lightning is also likely to occur at one or two places over A&N Islands on May 18.
Due to squally wind with speed reaching 40-50 kmph occasionally gusting to 60 kmph is likely to prevail along and off A&N coast. Fishermen have been advised not to venture along and off A&N coast till May 19.
