Shore Point, May 29: With You NGO, in its continued commitment to bringing joy and support to children in need, organised a toy distribution programme at the Anganwadi Centres of Lamba Pahad, Shore Point, Wright Myo, and Annanagar.
On this occasion, Smti Irin Nicolas was also present and appreciated the initiative taken for the welfare of children. Toys were distributed among the children attending the centres. In addition, floor mats and water jugs were handed over to the Anganwadi teachers for the benefit of the centres.
The children expressed great happiness on receiving the toys, while the parents conveyed their gratitude to the NGO and the Social Welfare Department for extending support towards the betterment of the children. The department has also provided facilities such as a Smart TV, installed RO water purifiers, and arranged Wi-Fi connections in the centres to improve the learning environment for the kids.
Miss V. K.Mariyam Bibi , President WITH YOU conveyed her heartfelt gratitude to the Social Welfare Department for providing these valuable facilities in the Anganwadi centres. Members of the NGO, along with PRI members of the respective areas, were also present during the programme.
