Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug. 11: As per the direction of GoI for ensuring transparency of information sharing and maintaining of database, all societies/ Association/ Youth clubs/ NGO’s/ Temple Committees/ Mahila Mandals/ Churches/ Mosques/ Schools registered under Society Registration Act, 1860 of South Andaman District have been directed to submit the following details Viz. Annual Audit Reports; Details of PAN of the society; Bank Account No. of the society; List of the Present office bearers as well as other members of the society with their Address, Phone No. and E-mail ID, if any to the Office of the Deputy Commissioner (South Andaman) within 30 days of publication of this press note. Further, it is also informed that all societies registered with Deputy Commissioner (South Andaman) Office should mandatorily enroll the society in the NGO portal at http://www.ngodarpan.gov.in created by GoI and submit a confirmation to this effect within 30 days.
Non-Compliance may result in action as per law against the society.
