Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug. 18: The Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports has invited nominations from eligible sportspersons and individuals associated with adventure activities for the “Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Awards (TNNAA) 2025”, instituted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, to recognize outstanding achievements in adventure.
Nominations are being accepted only through the Common Awards Portal at https://awards.gov.in/ from 21st July to 20th August, 2026. Offline applications will not be entertained.
The awards recognize outstanding achievements in adventure activities on land, at sea and in the air, including a “Lifetime Achievement Award” in the field of adventure. Eligible applicants from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands are advised to submit their nominations within the stipulated period and carefully follow the prescribed guidelines and eligibility criteria available on the portal.
