Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 23: Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, A&N Islands, Dr. Dinesh Sharma today held a meeting with the Chief Secretary, Director General of Police and Secretary (Education) at Lok Niwas, Sri Vijaya Puram. The meeting reviewed pending works of the Education Department, illegal infiltration, Strict action against drug abuse & smuggling & the law-and-order situation. Directed the concerned officials to take measures to curb land encroachment and expedite efforts for the prevention and treatment of swine fever.
