Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 11: All concerned candidates who have applied for allotment/nomination of BAMS, BHMS and General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) seats reserved at mainland institutions for the students of A&N Islands during the academic session 2025-26 have been informed that the counselling for the following courses will be held at 10 am onwards in the Seminar Gallery of Tagore Govt. College of Education on Sept. 19.
1. BHMS – 4 seats
2. BAMS – 4 seats
3. General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) – 5 seats
All the interested candidates whose names appeared in the merit list of above courses have been directed to appear in person with all educational qualification certificates/testimonials in original along with 5 (five) passport size photographs and 2 permanency certificates for sureties and other documents in support of their category for counselling of above courses on the date, time and venue as specified above.
If the seats are un-utilized from the respective categories, the same may be allotted from Category-V as per merit.
No subsequent claim will be entertained or considered from any candidate, irrespective of his merit, fails to appear in person or does not produce necessary certificates in original at the time of counselling/selection.
It is further brought to the notice of all concerned candidates that due to the updation of Common College Admission Portal website from “andaman.gov.in” to “andamannicobar.gov.in”, now all the announcements relating to allotment of various Professional/Technical/Non-Technical seats reserved at mainland institutions will be available on https://collegeadmission.andamannicobar.gov.in/ instead of https://collegeadmission.andaman.gov.in/
