Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 19: An awareness rally was organized by the AYUSH Wing of the Directorate of Health Services and A&N State AYUSH Society (NAM) in collaboration with Vivekananda Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya (VKV), Port Mout, yesterday to commemorate the 10th Ayurveda Day. The rally, which commenced from VKZPV Port Mout and proceeded up to Ananda Marga School, Nimbu Bageecha, witnessed the enthusiastic participation of around 110 students and teachers. Participants carried placards and raised slogans emphasizing the relevance of Ayurveda in modern healthcare and encouraging the adoption of natural and traditional health practices in daily life.
The event was flagged off by the Principal of VKZPV, in the presence of Medical Officers (Ayurveda) from AYUSH Hospital, Junglighat and PHC Chouldari.
