Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov. 11: An Ayush Health Camp focusing on Tribal Health and Wellbeing was organized at Adibasera on Nov. 8. The camp featured a range of health promotion activities and traditional medicine services. Dr. Vaishali, MO (Ayurveda), provided Ayurvedic consultations and distributed free medicines to the participants. An awareness talk on Naturopathy for Healthy Living was delivered by Dr. Nandini, MO (Yoga & Naturopathy), emphasizing simple lifestyle practices and natural healing methods for maintaining good health. The event concluded with an engaging Yoga session conducted by Ms. Vinu, Yoga Instructor, focusing on relaxation and stress management techniques.
A total of 17 tribal beneficiaries availed the health services and actively participated in the awareness and yoga sessions.
