Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov. 30: In a continued effort to enhance municipal revenue generation and encourage civic participation, Sri Vijaya Puram Municipal Council conducted a special tax collection campaign today at Khaitan Kalyana Mandapam, SVPMC in Ward No. 6.
The results of the campaign were encouraging, with a significant number of people coming forward to remit their taxes. The drive resulted in collection of Rs. 52,55,731/- as municipal taxes.
Meanwhile, on Dec. 6, the tax collection drive will be conducted at Ward No. 7 (Delanipur Community Hall, Electricity Site Office Prem Nagar and Head Quarter Main Office, SVPMC) to collect all municipal taxes.
