Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec. 23: The Andaman & Nicobar Police regularly organises sports activities to promote physical fitness, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle among police personnel and the general public. As part of its community outreach efforts, the Andaman & Nicobar Police proposes to organise a Volleyball Tournament at Corbyn’s Cove Beach during the last week of December 2025, with the objective of promoting healthy sportsmanship, encouraging community participation, and strengthening positive engagement between the Police and local youth.
The tournament will be open to all, and no entry fee will be charged. Prizes and medals will be awarded to the winners and runners-up. Participation will be limited to the first 16 teams, on a first-come, first served basis. All matches will be played in a knockout format.
Interested government departments and private youth clubs are invited to participate. Teams are required to submit the details of 06 players and 03 substitutes (total 09 players) along with the name of the Team Manager to any of the following designated police officials on or before 25.12.2025 by 1700 hrs: Shri V. No registrations will be accepted after the stipulated date and time unless approved by the competent authority. All participating teams must strictly adhere to the tournament rules and instructions issued by the organizers.
