Sri Vijaya Puram, Jan 18: Ms. Purva Garg, IAS, formally assumed charge as the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman on 17.01.2026, marking the beginning of her tenure as the head of the District Administration.
She took over charge following the relieving of the outgoing Deputy Commissioner Shri Arjun Sharma, IAS, in accordance with the Administration’s Order No. 107 dated 16.01.2026.
