Hut Bay, Feb. 9: The Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services successfully facilitated an educational exposure visit for students of Government Senior Secondary School, VK Pur, to the Central Livestock Farm (CLF) Nanjappa Nagar, Hut Bay on 4th February, 2026.
A group of 36 enthusiastic students, accompanied by 2 dedicated teaching staff members, participated in the visit. The students were taken on a comprehensive guided tour of the farm, where they witnessed the fresh hatch-out of Quail (Namakkal breed) and closely observed various classes of poultry birds, ducks, and White Yorkshire pigs.
