AATO Members Participate in ‘Connect Bengal – 4’ at Kolkata

Kolkata, July 9: A delegation of the Andaman Association of Tour Operators (AATO), led by its President Shri M. Vinod, actively participated in the one-day tourism event Connect Bengal – 4 held at Hotel Hyatt Regency, Kolkata.

The prestigious event was organized by the Travel Agents Association of Bengal (TAAB) and inaugurated by the Chairman of Chhattisgarh Tourism Board. The event brought together leading tourism stakeholders from across India, providing a platform for networking, business discussions, and regional tourism promotion.

A contingent of around 25 members from AATO attended the event, showcasing the rich tourism potential of the Andaman Islands and exploring new collaborative opportunities.

Speaking at the event, Shri M. Vinod expressed his heartfelt gratitude to TAAB for extending this valuable opportunity to AATO members. He emphasized that such platforms are instrumental in enhancing visibility and business prospects for destinations like the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

“Participation in forums like Connect Bengal plays a vital role in promoting Brand Andamans and building stronger ties with mainland tourism stakeholders,” Shri Vinod stated.

AATO continues to remain committed to the development and promotion of sustainable tourism in the Andaman Islands through strategic engagements and collaborations across the country.
