
Sri Vijaya Puram, April 2: In yet another proud moment for the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, two more promising young chess players have achieved their FIDE ratings, marking a significant milestone in their chess journey.
AFM Saw Jinson Samuel and ACM Agrata Singh recently participated in a FIDE-rated tournament held in New Delhi. Both players performed well and secured their FIDE ratings as per the latest rating list published by FIDE (World Chess Federation).
AFM Saw Jinson Samuel has achieved a FIDE rating of 1633, while ACM Agrata Singh has opened her FIDE rating at 1531.
The Andaman and Nicobar Chess Association (ANCA) extends its heartfelt congratulations to both players and wishes them a bright future in chess and success in their upcoming tournaments.
