Sri Vijaya Puram, July 15: The Andaman and Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC) paid rich tributes to the revered freedom fighter, Former President of Indian National Congress and Former Chief Minister of Madras, Bharat Ratna Late. K. Kamaraj, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
A solemn floral tribute ceremony was held at his statue at Dairy Farm Junction, under the leadership of Shri Rangalal Halder, President, ANTCC and Shri TSG Bhasker, Chairman, Campaign Committee, ANTCC.
Several party members gathered to honor the memory and legacy of K. Kamaraj, whose visionary leadership and contributions to education and public welfare continue to inspire generations.
Among those present were Shri K. Ganeshan, Chief Spokesperson, ANTCC; Shri. Abdul Shabir, Treasurer, ANTCC, Shri John Robert Babu, District President, Shri. Chamba Shanmugam, Congress Leader, Shri. M. Vikram, Youth Congress Leader, Shri. Akshay, Joint Secretary, Seva Dal and other party workers.
The program concluded with the leaders reaffirming their commitment to work towards Kamaraj Ji’s vision of inclusive growth and social justice.
