Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov. 11: Applications have been invited from the interested entrepreneurs/firms/individuals for allotment of Food/General stalls during Island Tourism Festival-2025, which is to be held from 27th to 31st December 2025 for 5 days at ITF Ground. The stall will be allotted on a lottery basis as per the terms and conditions laid down in the application form.
The Application Form (Annexure-I) along with the Terms and Conditions for the allotment of stalls (General Items/Food Stalls) are available on the official website of the Directorate of IP&T from Nov. 12. The same may be downloaded and submitted to this office along with the signed copy of the Terms and Conditions, prescribed rent and security deposit physically on or before Nov. 25 by 3 PM. Applications received after the due date and time will not be accepted. The details of the schedule are as under:
1. Last date of submission of filled application form to the Tourism Department (Operational Section): 25.11.2025
2. Allotment of stall by the committee: 01.12.2025
3. Issue of allotment letter: 12.12.2025
