Sri Vijaya Puram, April 13: Applications have been invited for Cooking Competitions based on the theme Island Food Festival 2026 – A celebration of Taste, Culture & Tradition on all 3 days from 17th to 19th April, 2026 at ITF Ground, Sri Vijaya Puram.
Competition Schedule:
17 April: Refresh & Revive – Island Welcome Drink (Using local products such as mango, coconut, musk melon, cheeku, etc.)
18 April: Fruit & Vegetable Carving (Using locally available fruits and vegetables)
19 April: Theme-Based Cake Decoration
Kindly Note: Only no-fire preparations allowed. Participants must bring their own ingredients & utensils. Winners will be awarded with trophies & certificates. Judging will be purely based on criteria like Creativity, Taste, Presentation, Hygiene & Theme adherence.
