Diglipur, Nov. 5: As part of the TB-Free workplace initiative, under the TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, Ayushman Arogya Shivir were organized at the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Diglipur, today by the TB Unit, Sub-District Hospital, Diglipur under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner, Diglipur and Chief Medical Officer, Sub District Hospital, Diglipur.
The health camp witnessed active participation from staff members of various departments working under the Administrative Building. During the camp, a total of 79 staff members were examined and screened for health parameters, including blood pressure (BP) and blood sugar levels. Portable handheld X-ray machine was utilized for rapid screening and generation of quick diagnostic data.
Through such workplace-based health initiatives, the Administration seeks to promote a healthy working environment and strengthen collective efforts towards achieving the vision of a TB-Free India.
The camp further aims to extend similar health screening facilities to staff members of other Government departments, ensuring wider coverage and promoting a healthy workplace across the Administration.
