Diglipur, July 27: PS Diglipur has commenced the 10-day Basic Training Programme for Civil Defence Volunteers (CDVs) at Police Station Diglipur with the objective of strengthening community preparedness and enhancing the emergency response capabilities of the volunteers.
On 27.07.2026, basic training was imparted to 19 Civil Defence Volunteers by Head Constable Khokan Chandra Das. The 10-day training programme aims to equip Civil Defence Volunteers with the essential knowledge and skills required to effectively support disaster management, rescue operations, and other public safety initiatives.
