Sri Vijaya Puram, April 13: The passengers/general public have been informed that due to deployment of Vessel Nalanda in the Kolkata Sector, the previously scheduled sailing of the vessel Nalanda for Little Andaman on 19.04.2026 (Sun) at 0800 Hrs from Sri Vijaya Puram and her return voyage on the same day at 2100 Hrs from Little Andaman has been cancelled.
However, to facilitate passengers travelling to and from Little Andaman, the Directorate of Shipping Services has arranged an alternative sailing. The vessel MV Bharat Seema is now scheduled to sail for Little Andaman on 19.04.2026 (Sun) at 0800 Hrs from Haddo Wharf and will sail back to Sri Vijaya Puram on the same day at 2100 Hrs from Little Andaman.
Passengers holding tickets for MV Nalanda are advised to cancel their existing tickets and purchase fresh ticket of MV Bharat Seema.
Tickets for MV Bharat Seema will be available for booking to the general public from 16.04.2026 (Thursday) at 0900 Hrs onwards. Tickets can be booked online through the DSS e-Ticketing Portal: https://dss.andamannicobar.gov.in/ eticketing. For user convenience, a QR code linking directly to the portal is also available.
Alternatively, tickets can also be purchased from STARS Ticketing Counters.
