BPO Rangat to Organise Identification and Assessment Camp for CwSN

Rangat, July 29: Under the Inclusive Education component of Samagra Shiksha, the Block Project Office (BPO), Rangat is organizing an Identification and Assessment Camp for Children with Special Needs (CwSN) to facilitate early identification, comprehensive assessment, disability certification, and access to various welfare schemes and support services.

The camp will be conducted at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Auditorium, Rangat on July 31 and at GSSS Kadamtala on Aug. 1.

The assessment will be carried out by a multidisciplinary team comprising medical specialists, rehabilitation professionals, educational and vocational assessment experts, and representatives from ALIMCO. Eligible children will also be assisted with Disability Certification, UDID Card enrolment, and NIRAMAYA Health Insurance Scheme registration.

Parents and guardians have been requested to ensure the physical presence of the child during the assessment. Beneficiaries are advised to bring the following documents viz. Disability Certificate (if available) or enrolment details; UDID Card or UDID enrolment receipt; Aadhaar Card of the child (mandatory); Income Certificate issued within the last two months(monthly income not exceeding Rs.22,500); Two passport-size photographs; and Ration Card/BPL Card (for NIRAMAYA enrolment, wherever applicable).
