Sri Vijaya Puram, Feb 25: Group of 11 Officers of DANICS Probationers [62nd BATCH] currently on attachment to A&N Islands called on Admiral D K Joshi, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, NM, VSM, (Retd.), Hon’ble Lt. Governor, A&N Islands and Vice-Chairman, Islands Development Agency today at Lok Niwas, Sri Vijaya Puram. Completing their three months tenure at the Islands the Probationers were asked by Hon’ble Lt. Governor to suggest points for infrastructure developmental projects in Tourism, Hospitality and Fisheries sectors & Blue Economy. Officers were also asked to propose ideas on Oil Exploration being carried out at the Andaman Basin. Suggestions put forth by the DANICS Probationers were appreciated by Hon’ble Lt. Governor and suggested for incorporating the same for the mega projects of A&N Administration being steered through Islands Development Agency.
