Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 29: Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Institute of Technology (DBRAIT), Sri Vijaya Puram, marked a significant milestone in strengthening its student-support initiatives by entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PRAYAS–Juvenile Aid Centre Society (PRAYAS-JAC). The MoU was signed by the Prof. (Dr.) Sanmukh Kaur, Principal DBRAIT and authorised representatives of PRAYAS in the presence of institute officials and witnesses.
The collaboration aims to provide DBRAIT students with access to professional guidance, mental health counselling, life-skills support and awareness programmes, enabling them to effectively address academic, personal and social challenges.
The initiative reaffirmed DBRAIT’s commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive and nurturing educational environment and strengthening comprehensive welfare and support mechanisms for its students.
