Directorate of Social Welfare Invites Participation of NGOs, Trusts, NPOs in Deendayal Disabled Rehabilitation Scheme

Sri Vijaya Puram, June 2: The Directorate of Social Welfare, A&N Administration has invited all eligible NGOs, Trusts, and Non-Profit Organizations to actively participate in the Deendayal Disabled Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS)-a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.

The DDRS aims to empower Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) by providing financial assistance to voluntary organizations involved in initiatives such as special education, vocational training, early intervention, and rehabilitation services.

The Administration encourages interested organizations to make meaningful contributions to the welfare of Persons with Disabilities by availing themselves of the support offered under the DDRS.

For further details, interested NGOs, Trusts, and Non-Profit Organizations have been requested to contact the Directorate of Social Welfare, Sri Vijaya Puram, for comprehensive information, guidance, and assistance regarding the scheme and its application process.
