Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 4: The Defence Wives Welfare Association (DWWA) of Andaman & Nicobar Command is organising “Srijan Shakti”, an exhibition-cum-sale showcasing the creativity, skill, and entrepreneurial spirit of the wives of Defence personnel.
The event will be held on Saturday, 06 September 2025, from 1100 hrs to 1700 hrs at Tagore Government College community hall.
“Srijan Shakti” will feature an array of elegant clothing & fashion wear, exquisite jewellery & accessories, unique home décor & handicrafts, and a tempting spread of food & delicacies.
The exhibition is more than a marketplace – it is a celebration of creativity, community spirit, and self-reliance, providing a platform for the talented ladies of Defence to share their skills with the larger community.
Open to all islanders, “Srijan Shakti” promises to be an ideal day for families and friends to shop, savour, and celebrate together, while experiencing the colours, flavours, and craftsmanship that reflect the strength and creativity of the Warriors of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
