Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 12: The Hon’ble Lt. Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Dr. Dinesh Sharma, was today paid courtesy calls by various elected representatives and delegations at Lok Niwas, Sri Vijaya Puram.
On the occasion, Shri Sujit Mistry, Pradhan of Gram Panchayat Nimbutala; Shri E. S. Rajesh, Pramukh of Panchayat Samiti Campbell Bay; and Shri Adhir Das, Pradhan of Gram Panchayat Wandoor, South Andaman, called on the Hon’ble Lt. Governor along with their respective delegations. They discussed various issues concerning their respective areas and matters related to ongoing and proposed development works.
Shri A. F. Rajan, President of the North and Middle Andaman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, also paid a courtesy call on the Hon’ble Lt. Governor. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on promoting tourism and industry in the North and Middle Andaman region.
