Sri Vijaya Puram, April 2: The Directorate of Fisheries, Andaman & Nicobar Administration has informed the public that the temporary closure of the Fisheries Museum-Cum-Aquarium for undertaking renovation and repair works has been further extended till 5th April, 2026.
These measures are undertaken to complete the necessary renovation works, ensure safety of visitors, enhance the visitor experience, and promote the sustainable development of tourism in the Islands.
The Directorate of Fisheries regrets any inconvenience caused to the public and requests cooperation and understanding during this period. The Fisheries Museum-Cum-Aquarium will resume normal operations immediately upon completion of the works.
