Onam, the vibrant harvest festival of Keralam, is a celebration of our rich cultural heritage, unity, prosperity and togetherness. The colourful Pookalam, traditional festivities and the spirit of Onam sadhya reflect the beauty, warmth and cultural richness of Keralam.
The festival also reminds us of the ideals associated with the legendary reign of King Mahabali’s equality, justice, harmony and the welfare of all. May the spirit of Onam inspire us to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and work together for peace, progress and prosperity.
