Campbell Bay, July 20: An Identification and Assessment Camp under Inclusive Education will be conducted by the Block Project Officer, PM SHRI GSSS Campbell Bay on 28th July, 2025 from 9:30 am onwards at Block Resource Room of CWSN in the school under Samagra Shiksha. The documents required for the beneficiaries are Disability Certificate – Mandatory (40% disability and above), UDID Card – Mandatory (40% disability and above), Aadhaar Card of the beneficiary – Mandatory, Income Certificate – Issued within the last 6 months (monthly income not exceeding 22,500), two passport-size photographs – For NIRAMAYA (Health Insurance Scheme) and photocopy of Ration Card or BPL Card – For NIRAMAYA.
This camp aims to identify children with suspected disabilities across schools in the Campbell Bay Block and to provide aids and appliances to the already identified Children with Special Needs (CwSN).
