Rangat, Aug. 4: A two-day Identification & Medical Assessment Camp for Children with Special Needs (CwSN) was organized by BPO Rangat under the Inclusive Education Programme at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Auditorium and GSSS Kadamtala by the medical teams and specialists from CHC Rangat & CHC Kadamtala, and ALIMCO-PMDK. Eligible children were also provided Teaching-Learning Material (TLM) Kits tailored to their needs. A total of 55 CwSN were assessed across both locations, with 11 children identified as suspected cases for further evaluation.
Services provided included comprehensive health check-ups, vision and eye screening, hearing assessment, dental care, dietary counselling, educational and vocational evaluation, sign language support, and guidance for inclusive education.
