Port Blair, June 30: In a remarkable operation conducted by the South Andaman District Police, the team from the Ograbraj Police Station achieved one of the largest seizures to date, confiscating a staggering 416 kilograms of venison (deer meat). The successful mission was carried out under the leadership of SI Devanand Pathak, SHO of PS Ograbraj, along with the following dedicated officers: HC/523 Emanuel, PC/1401 Rajdhari, PC/1013 Biplob Das, PC/1446 Kamlesh Biswas, PC(D)/3066 Abdul Rahman, and PC/847 P Nizamudeen. The operation was supervised by Arshdeep Singh Panwar, DANIPS, SDPO Bamboo Flat.

Van Mahotsav, also known as the Forest Festival, is a celebration of the vital role that forests play in our lives. The festival was initiated in 1950 by Dr. K. M.
