Port Blair, April 21: On April 12, 2024, the diligent efforts of the Pahargaon Police team culminated in the apprehension of Soubhagya Ranjan Swain, aged 44, hailing from Narshingpur, Kendrapara, Odisha, who had long eluded the law. This decisive action followed the issuance of a Non-Bailable Warrant stemming from a 2010 case registered at PS Pahargaon under sections 420/417/376 of the IPC.
