The theme for the observance was ‘Use Heart For Every Heart’. Port Blair, Sept. 29: It has been observed that the residents of area falling under jurisdiction of outlying Islands have to visit the Head Quarter situated at Port Blair for the works related to Transport Department such as Driving Licenses, it's renewal, registration of motor vehicles, fitness of vehicles, transfer of ownership etc. leading to inconvenience, additional expenditure and waste of time for the citizens.
