NSRY Signs MoU with ITI Dollygunj

Port Blair, Nov. 13: The HQ Andaman and Nicobar Command endorsing the need to augment various technical skillset in Andaman & Nicobar Islands and towards realizing this goal has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Naval Ship Repair Yard (Port Blair) and the Government Industrial Training Institute, Dollygunj, Port Blair for implementation of Industrial Exposure Trade Training Programme (IETT).

Port Blair, Nov. 13: On the joyous occasion of Children’s Day and Deepawali, the team of District Administration under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman Shri Suneel Anchipaka, along with Shri Yash Choudhary, ADM and Shri Hari Kallikkat, SDM and District Child Protection Unit visited Child Care Institutions and distributed fruits and crackers to all the children.

Port Blair, Nov. 12: The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha under the leadership of Shri. N.K Udhaya Kumar, State President celebrated the victory of Bharatiya Janata Party led National Democratic Alliance in Bihar State Assembly Election 2020.

Port Blair, Nov. 12: The Life Insurance Corporation of India, Port Blair in coordination with the District Administration is organising a recruitment drive to rope in about 50 qualified youths for the posts of Rural Career Agents and General Category Agents. It is to mention that the posts of Rural Career Agents will be exclusively for the candidates from outside Port Blair Municipal Council Area.
