Port Blair, Aug 18: The Department of Sports & Youth Affairs in association with Directorate of Education going to celebrate National Sports Day 2023 on the occasion of the Birth Anniversary of Major Dhyan Chand (Hockey Wizard) on 29th August, 2023.
