Port Blair, Sept. 14: A delegation of BJP, A&N Islands including Shri Ajoy Bairagi, State President, BJP – A & N Islands and Shri Vishal Jolly, National Executive Member, BJP met the Chief Secretary, Andaman & Nicobar Administration and had a fruitful discussion on ongoing issue of DBRAIT students. A detailed discussion on the issues faced by students of DBRAIT was held for which the Chief Secretary assured of all possible actions at the earliest to address the ongoing issue for betterment of students.

Port Blair, Sept. 14: The Indira Gandhi National Open University, Regional Centre, Port Blair organized a befitting programme on Hindi Day on 14th September, 2022 to mark the significance of the day and to inspire the use of Hindi language more and more in day-to-day life. On this occasion, the chief guest Dr. H.K. Sharma, Principal, JNRM in his key note address appealed the gathering to use Hindi language in day-to-day government offices, so that it will be a real contribution to the promotion of Hindi in these Islands.

Passengers those who have purchased their tickets for Chennai are hereby informed to cancel their tickets and get full refund from STARS Ticketing Counter. Inconvenience caused to the passengers is regretted.
