Fraudsters have targeted the app users and have managed to devise ways and means to take over or hijack their IM accounts to commit cyber offences by impersonating them. Swaraj Dweep, June 10: A multi-specialty free health camp was successfully conducted on June 9, 2024, at the Primary Health Center (PHC) in Swaraj Dweep. This initiative was a collaborative effort between the Directorate of Health Services, the NGO “WITH YOU,” Dr. Ritika Diagnostic Solutions, and the Gram Panchayat.
The health camp featured specialties in Orthopedics, Gynecology, Radiology, and General Medicine. On-the-spot ultrasounds were also conducted. The camp provided medical services to nearly 100 residents, including pregnant women and the elderly from the Swaraj Dweep Islands.

Port Blair, June 10: During an air surveillance sortie on 06 Jan 24, ANC’s air asset, a Coast Guard Dornier aircraft noticed a local fishing boat adrift towards the North eastern direction around 106 NM from Port Blair. The boat was identified as Indian Fishing Boat (IFB) Infan Dhas with seven crew members onboard seeking assistance as the boat’s propulsion was not working.

Port Blair, June 10: The Directorate of Rural Development, Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs), and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Andaman & Nicobar Administration under the Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA) has commenced a comprehensive 3-days induction training programme for the newly appointed/promoted Extension Officers, Panchayat Secretaries, and Village Level Workers/Gram Sevika. The programme is aimed to empower the participants with essential knowledge and skills to enhance their contributions to Rural Development and Panchayat governance.
