Port Blair, Nov. 6: In order curb the menace of adulterated food packaging, Food Safety Officers from the District Administration conducted surprise raids on various ice cream manufacturing units functioning in Port Blair. It was found that four such units were operating in gross violation of the Food Safety and Standards (Packaging and Labelling) Regulation 2011.

Port Blair, Nov. 6: The counselling which was arranged for the safety of the students in times of pandemic, by the District Administration at Little Andaman for UG courses in JNRM and ANCOL had concluded successfully with collection of certificates of around 113 candidates.

Arnab Goswami, Editor of Republic TV by the Maharastra Police, following political vendetta of the Maharastra Government.

Port Blair, Nov. 6: It has been learnt that due to shortage of Non Judicial stamp papers of lower denomination in the District Treasury, general public is falling prey to brokers/ middlemen and are being forced to spend their hard earned money on bond papers of higher denomination for swearing in affidavits and related purposes. As such it is hereby informed that henceforth court fee stamps of equal amount can be used for swearing in affidavits for all purposes. The fresh lot of Non Judicial stamp papers of lower denomination is expected to arrive shortly, said a communication from the District Administration, South Andaman.
