Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 9: The Directorate of Information, Publicity & Tourism, Andaman & Nicobar Administration, in coordination with the Industries Department, is organizing a Felicitation Camp under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Scheme at Neil Kendra Community Hall, Shaheed Dweep on 11th September, 2026.
The programme aims to create awareness among tourism stakeholders, MSMEs and other concerned beneficiaries regarding the various support and assistance available under the RAMP Scheme, particularly in the tourism sector.
The camp will focus on the Promotion of Astro-Tourism in Andaman & Nicobar Islands through MSME Support for Astro-Tourism Equipment Purchase. The camp will provide an opportunity for eligible beneficiaries to obtain information regarding the objectives, eligibility criteria, benefits and Felicitation of registration under MSME.
Tourism stakeholders, homestay operators, MSMEs and other interested persons of Shaheed Dweep are encouraged to participate in the programme and make use of the opportunity to understand and avail the benefits available under the RAMP Scheme.
