Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 19: Admiral D K Joshi, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, NM, VSM, (Retd.) Hon’ble Lt. Governor, A&N Islands and Vice-Chairman, Islands Development Agency delivered the Inaugural Address as the chief guest in the Dweep Diksha Dialogue- 2025, an event organized by Andaman and Nicobar Command at Sri Vijaya Puram. CINCAN, Andaman & Nicobar Command alongwith former Chief of Naval Staff, distinguished commanders, diplomats, veterans, scholars & strategists also attended the event.
Hon’ble Lt. Governor in his address apprised the delegates about the various mega infrastructure developmental projects of Andaman & Nicobar Administration being undertaken under the aegis of Islands Development Agency. These initiatives focus on boosting connectivity across Road, Air, Water and Digital sectors, aligning with the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat- 2047’ as outlined by Hon’ble Prime Minister.
