New Delhi, Sept. 21: Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, A&N Islands, Dr. Dinesh Sharma after assuming charge as the Lieutenant Governor of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, today paid a courtesy call on the Hon’ble President, Smt.
