Sri Vijaya Puram, Feb 11: Three days Mahashivaratri festival will begin at Shri Sarveshwar Mahadev Mandir Chinmaya Mission, Police Line on 13th February, 2026. On First day of Celebration on Friday 13th February Pathiv (clay) Shivling Poojan will be held from 4 pm onwards followed by Satsang and Shiv Katha at 6.30 pm.
On 14th February Mahamrutunjaya homam will be held from 8 am to 11 am. On the same day in the evening Bhajan sandhaya will be held from 5 pm onwards.
The auspicious day of Mahashivaratri (15th February) will begin at 6 am with Ganapathi homam followed by Rudrabhishekam. In the evening shri Shiv Sahasranama Archana will be conducted at 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm followed by Satsang, Bhajan etc with arati at Midnight 12 am.
