Sri Vijaya Puram, July 18: All concerned candidates who have applied for allotment/nomination of various Professional/Non-Professional/Technical courses reserved for the students of A&N Islands at mainland institutions for the academic session 2025-26 have been informed that no claim and objection has been received except for the 6 courses i.e. B.Sc Agriculture, B.Sc Horticulture, B.F.Sc, B.Tech Fisheries Engg, B.Tech (Biotechnology) and B.Tech (Food Technology) courses.
After examination of the claim/objection received, the final merit list of above six courses will be displayed in the Common College Admission Portal i.e. http://collegeadmission.andaman.gov.in for information of all concerned w.e.f. 19.07.2025. Whereas, the provisional merit list of remaining courses may be treated as Final Merit List.
The counselling/selection of eligible candidates for nomination of the following courses will be held on 28.07.2025 from 10 am onwards in the Auditorium of Tagore Govt. College of Education (TGCE), Sri Vijaya Puram:
-B.Sc (Hospitality & Hotel Administration): 20 seats
-Printing Technology and Photography: 02 seats
-All Diploma courses (Diploma 1, 2 & 3): 30 seats
-B.Ed (Bhopal): 15 seats
-B.E/B.Tech (Lateral Entry): 10 seats
-Post Graduate Courses i.e. MBA (Business Administration), MBA (Tourism), M.Sc (Ecology), M.Sc (Environmental Science), M.Sc (Physics), M.Sc (Mathematics), M.Sc (Applied Psychology), MA (Economics), MA (History), MA (Hindi), MA (Philosophy), MA (Anthropology), MA (Sanskrit): 16 seats
All the interested candidates whose names have appeared in the merit list of above courses have been directed to appear in person with all educational qualification certificates/testimonials in original along with 5 passport size photographs and 2 permanency certificates for sureties and other documents in support of their category for counselling of above courses on the date, time and venue as specified above.
If the seats are un-utilized from the respective categories, the same may be allotted from Category-V as per merit.
No subsequent claim will be entertained or considered from any candidate, irrespective of his/her merit, if he/she fails to appear in person or who does not produce necessary certificates in original at the time of counselling/selection.
