Sri Vijaya Puram, June 4: A student of class X in Mahatma Gandhi International School, Brookshabad, Master S. Maheshraaja has brought laurels to the Islands with several achievements including a world record in painting and creative art. Maheshraaja was also one among the seven children from the Islands to be selected for ISRO Yuvika 2025 Young Scientist Programme, which he successfully completed at ISRO NRSC Centre at Hyderabad. The Young Scientist Programme has selected 350 children from across the nation.
Maheshraaja is also a martial art champion and has won International Medals Viz. 3 Gold and 1 Bronze in Mix Martial Art Open Championship held at Malaysia, Thailand and Nepal. Apart from the International medals, Maheshraaja has to his credit national and state level medals in the field.
He has also achieved the ACM Title in FIDE Online Arena in Chess.
Maheshraaja has won many Picasso Art Contest and holds a World Record in painting and creative art. His achievement has been entered in Kalam’s World Record and received an Honorary Doctorate for his achievement from IAHRC International Book of Records, Bravo International Book of World Records.
He has passed in first class in Certificate Course in Painting from the Tamil Nadu Dr. J Jayalalithaa Music and Fine Arts University. He received Rising Youth Superstar of India 2022, Multi-talented Kid Award from Magic Book of Records. He also won Short Movie Making Contest conducted by SVPMC in connection with Swachh Survekshan.
Among the other achievements of Maheshraaja are Child Prodigy Award 2022 amongst top 100 child prodigies of the world out of 156873 application received.
He is also the winner in FAG Art Calendar 2021 and 2022. He also received participation in recognition of exemplary work and participation in Global Child Prodigy Award 2022. Indian Glory Awards 2021 honoured S. Maheshraaja for Creative Artist of the year 11th Sept. 2021. He also received India Star Icon Kids Achievers Award.
At a small age, he has also completed Diploma in Computer Application from ISIT Global Campus.
